Education always connected with growth as Growth come through education or you can say that without education prosper growth is not possible for anyone as well as family as well as society as well as Nation. But what you will say if there is a problem between Education & growth? Are you guessing that what thing can create the problem between Education & Growth? Sir, answer is Deal. Education is necessary for every person for their growth but disappointing that Education & growth are not well connected nowadays, Why? Just due to the deal. You will ask that What’s mean of deal? Let’s see.
Education is reserved right of people and should be ensure by guardians & government. We always listen so many statement about education improvement of people by gov. & leaders in news because they all know well that growth is not possible without education; And on behalf of growth only they demand for vote in public. And accordingly, there were so many announcements has been done of new school & collage by leaders. As leaders take credit of opening that new school or college. And this is the start of Deal! Deal is about your vote in exchange of new school & college. But don’t think the deal is about education & growth, deal is just for new school & collage. Suppose there are so many shops near about you but you have no money with you, can you purchase anything from those shops? No & never. Then what? Just wait because with new opening of new school & college a new deal for you in wait. New Deal? Yes, there is another new deal that will go through school management. When You will go for admission then You will about this deal when you will have to take burdens not only for books & copy but you more than this the burden of other charges i.e. High admission charge, caution money, school development fee, tuition fee etc. And don’t think that deal is going to be close here. If you could manage all these then school will redirect you to a fixed shop for books, copy & uniforms where you will have to pay a fixed price as per demand without ask any question about the price. What You will say Sir about this that seems just a deal of education. So, just opening of new school is just like new shop where you will not feel any relaxation about any co-related things. Suppose you are from a middle class and you are late in admission one or two month just due to money arrangement then no issue as still you have to pay full payment against months late in admission & it does not matter that your child attends the class for education or not, if this is not a deal then what? And there is no one who not aware about this it may be government or leaders.
Just a curiosity that if government or leaders want growth for people then why there is no focus on education that is directly connected with growth of Man as well as family as well as society as well as Nation? Why government coming with UGC on behalf of cast among people instead of making education system flexible for poor or middle class? Why there is no control of such deal of education? Suspected that Government & leaders are really focused of growth or this is just a showcase. It seems that they are preparing people of schedule cast to take part in a race with crutches (UGC) against horses. If they are really wanting to support, they should provide free books or copies, free admission charges etc. on behalf of financial conditions of people not on base of cast. And suppose if you take a man as qualified who is last in position in race with crutches then what kind of growth you will expect of Nation. And then what about who is coming first in race whom you just sold out that is direct interference in growth of nation.
Deal is not just over, there is two inroads further for education, One Hindi medium & second one English medium. Why? This is not just inroads of education yet defines the class of people. Rich people choose costly education & unique language of world & poor one chooses Hindi medium and there are so many books’ publishers are involved according to their fame. That means there is priority defined with this system i.e. English medium first priority and Hindi medium second priority. Why there is no UGC in private college? Just due to money matter. Why Hindi medium students have fixed second priority in Education? Why there is no similar system of Education for all?
So, there are lots of things to focus on Education as well as for Growth. There should be relaxation in money charges & flexibility in admission required for Education and growth of people instead of cast base rule like UGC. Government & Leaders should take it seriously if they are serious about growth of people as well as growth of Nation. As this is not just a Deal of Education yet it is deal against growth also.
